We looked at numerous (14) homes and Rose was able to get us into every home we wanted to look at. We put in an offer on 1 home and Rose went to work with the selling realtor trying to get the offer accepted. The seller would just not budge on her price. The 2nd home we put an offer Rose again went to work. Since the listing agent was on a cruise, Rose stepped up her game and got us the price we wanted. One owner had died, and the other owner had dementia. The sale was delayed by the necessity of probate court proceedings, and by wrongful actions of relatives.
